Scentalla Ordering and Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

  1. General: We prioritize our customers’ satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the shipping date.

  2. Refund Amount: We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping and gift wrap charges. Should you opt for our prepaid return label (available for US & UK customers), a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Product Condition: We understand that to truly evaluate a product, you might need to open it. As long as the product isn’t used excessively, we’ll provide a full refund. If a product is overly used, we may offer a partial refund based on its condition.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, your refund will be processed within one billing cycle.

  5. Non-refundable Shipping: If a package is undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused, shipping costs will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our end.

Returning Your Order:

To return your product, please send us a message using the Contact us page. Put “Return Order number (provide you order number” on the subject line.

Please include your order number for faster processing.

Sales Tax:

For customers residing in specific states, applicable sales tax will be added to your order. All other orders will not include additional sales tax.

Payment Options:

Product Availability:

For products out of stock, feel free to sign up for our notification service. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s available again.

Damaged Orders:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Retain all packaging materials for at least five days for claim processing.

Order Cancellations:

Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, once they’re placed, they cannot be cancelled. However, if the option appears in your order history, you may be able to cancel it.

Loyalty Program:
